A little about me

Born and raised in Texas, I am a country girl at heart that enjoys the slower pace of rural life (ie peace and quiet). By day I work for an international company (ie chaos and traffic) and by night I volunteer and read.

Married my high school sweetheart in 2002. Our first child, Cooper, was stillborn on December 28, 2005 due to my having a severe form of preeclampsia called HELLP causing a placenta abruption and multiple organ failure. Receiving 14 units of blood and countless number of blood products saved my life.

I am:
